Lead our established teams from our Huntingdon hospital, while holding responsibility for our 5 branch surgeries in the surrounding area (St Neots, Ramsey, Sawtry, Cambourne and St Ives).Drive forward clinical excellence, practice growth and performance within an established small animal hospital with more than 100 years of service.Opportunity to focus on the leadership side of the role, with scope to retain an element of clinical involvement where preferred.Work for a hospital that enables full work up of cases in-house - from digital radiography and ultrasounds to video-endoscopy, multi-parameter anaesthetic monitoring, tonometry, and more.No nights? At Cromwell Vets you will be working alongside a collaborative team to be truly proud of, due to their commitment to the delivery of exceptional care to our clients and their pets. Our clinical team is made up of 21FTE Vets, including several certificate holders, and we support and encourage CPD (including certificate study). We also enjoy being part of our communities and attending local events to run fun dog shows raising money each year for our chosen charity and encouraging team members to take part. An experienced, confident Clinical Director with an interest in expanding their non-clinical, managerial caseload.Experience leading teams in a similar sized practice or hospital (essential)Current and valid RCVS registration (essential)Benefits
