Every new consultant completes our comprehensive 13-week induction programme, combining personalised one-to-one coaching with collaborative team training, ensuring you have everything you need to build a successful and rewarding career. You''ll specialise in one of our high-growth divisions: Renewables, IT, Critical Building Services and Data Centres or Engineering & Manufacturing.

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant will include:

* Working closely with Directors, Management and Senior Consultants
* Developing and growing your own specialist market and client base
* Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Uncapped 40% commission, regular incentives and flexible working hours
* A tailored training and progression plan with clear career milestones

The role would suit a Recruitment Consultant who:

* Is ambitious, confident and highly motivated
* Has a successful background in recruitment or a relevant specialist market
* Has a proven billing history of circa -200k+ or above annually
* Is commutable to our City of London office (Bank, Liverpool Street or London Bridge)
* Wants to be part of a high-growth business where progression is based on performance, not time served
