As Finance Manager, you’ll lead core reporting and commercial insight across the estate, ensuring that finance acts as a key driver of performance. Responsibilities include:Month-end close, PandL and balance sheet ownershipSite-level reporting, margin analysis and trading insightsBudgeting and forecasting in partnership with Ops and Commercial teamsCash flow and working capital managementBusiness partnering with GMs and operations leadershipProcess improvement and systems optimisation (Xero preferred)Liaising with auditors and ensuring compliance with VAT and FandB-specific reportingWho We’re Looking For

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Experience in hospitality, FandB, or other multi-site, consumer-facing environmentsCommercially minded with a strong grip on the numbers and the story behind themSkilled at building relationships across finance and non-finance teamsProactive, hands-on, and energised by fast-paced, high-growth environmentsThis is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role within a values-led, customer-focused FandB business, with scope to grow alongside the company as it scales.
