This is a full-time temporary position for three months, with the potential to become permanent thereafter.Responsibilities will include:Carry out planned maintenance work in social housingCarry out electrical installations and repairs in social housing.Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.Work collaboratively with the responsive repairs team to complete projects on time.Use a PDA to maintain accurate job records.Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and new technologies.Utilise IT and communication tools for reporting and coordination.Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents.
