HR Manager

Ashley Kate HR are excited to be partnering with our well established manufacturing and distribution client in Bedford, as they recruit for a HR Manager to join them. Our client are a small business, with a global presence and and a real passion for their products, sustainability and the environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for the overall HR function for the business. You will manage a generalist remit, Review and develop policies and processes, report on HR metrics and attend meetings with the senior leadership team, manage appraisals, coach and advise management on process, recruitment and onboarding, and Employee relations. We seek a candidate who is passionate about Learning and development to develop training within the business, in particular focusing on leadership development. You will have experience in embedding a positive working culture with a passion for engagement, who can instill the companies strong people values.
