This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, highly successful marketing agency with an excellent client base. You will be managing and nurturing clients across a variety of sectors, building effective relationships and helping the team produce award winning results
Your role will involve:
- Help plan and join pitch and new business meetings
- Create proposals and quotations for the work required
- Book in projects and schedule any work required with the production manager
- Manage client workflow and ensure deadlines are met
- Have a good understanding of online and offline marketing services we offer
- Ensure quality and consistency of work before it goes to clients
- Manage client expectations
- Regular Zoom and face-to-face meetings on and off-site
- Be able to interpret client briefings
- Be aware of and able to identify new business and organic growth opportunities
- Build strong relationships with internal team members, clients and partners
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
- Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a marketing agency environment
- Excellent communication, written English and grammar skills
- Degree in either marketing or a related subject
- Experience in using website CMS systems, in particular WordPress
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to cope well under pressure meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of web and digital, SEO, PPC and HubSpot CRM
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
