We''re looking for Architectural Technicians to join a busy London team delivering Stage 5 architectural packages across commercial projects, with additional residential and data centre work.

There are multiple requirements within the team, covering both 3D Revit modelling and detailing and 2D construction drawing production, so we''re interested in speaking with Technicians experienced across either area.

What you''ll be doing

• Producing detailed Stage 5 construction information
• Creating and developing drawings using Revit
• 3D modelling and architectural detailing
• Producing accurate 2D construction drawings
• Supporting delivery across commercial, residential and data centre projects
• Working alongside the wider architectural and BIM team

What we''re looking for

• Previous experience as an Architectural Technician / Technologist
• Strong working knowledge of Revit
• Experience producing construction-stage drawings
• Strong technical detailing skills
• Experience with RIBA Stage 5 delivery
• Commercial project experience would be advantageous

The opportunity

-2730 per hour on an initial 3-month contract, with multiple positions available across both 2D drawing production and 3D Revit delivery.
