This role provides leadership across all aspects of project planning, delivery, commercial performance, and stakeholder management, ensuring works are completed to the required standards. The Project Manager leads direct employees and supply chain partners, drives continuous improvement, maintains strong client relationships, and ensures compliance with legislation, company policies, and contractual requirements while achieving operational and financial targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage all areas of highway works, including general highway construction works, structures schemes, environmental projects, streetlighting and bridges.
