Part Time Administrator
An established professional legal practice is seeking a Part Time Administrator to join its Children and Families Public Law team. This role provides comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners within a busy family law department.Key Responsibilities of the Part Time Administrator: Providing typing and secretarial support to Fee Earners and the wider Family teamManaging client calls, appointments, and new enquiriesConducting conflict checks and maintaining compliance documentationPreparing court bundles, briefs, invoices, and legal documentsManaging electronic filing systems and case recordsDownloading and uploading court documents as requiredAssisting with hearing preparation, including liaising with CounselSupporting reception and general administrative duties when requiredMaintaining strict confidentiality and professional standards at all times Skills and Experience Required: Strong administrative or secretrial experience ESSENTIALGood organisational experienceExcellent keyboard and IT skills, including Outlook, Word, and case management systems (Tikit desirable)Professional communication and customer service skills If you would like to know how we will store and process your data, please visit The Recruitment Groups home page to read our GDPR Data Protection Statement. ..... full job details .....
