We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Devon, who are recruiting for a Repairs Scheduler on a temporary eight-week contract.The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £19.00 an hour Umbrella.The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of repair requests and coordinate appointments effectively. They will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and confident using scheduling systems in a fast-paced housing environment.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Scheduling responsive, routine, and emergency repair appointments for residentsLiaising with operatives, contractors, and residents to coordinate repairs effectivelyMonitoring outstanding repair jobs and proactively following up to ensure completionUpdating and maintaining accurate records on housing management and scheduling systemsPrioritising repair requests in line with organisational policies and service standardsProviding residents with timely updates regarding repair appointments and progressManaging appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requirementsHandling customer enquiries and resolving repair-related issues professionallySupporting the delivery of repair performance targets and service standardsEscalating complex cases and contractor performance concerns where appropriateExperience required:Experience ..... full job details .....
