They are looking for an enthusiastic and practical individual to lead outdoor enrichment and intervention activities that build confidence, resilience, and life skills. You will design and deliver engaging outdoor sessions for secondary students. Activities will include: Fire lighting and safety Shelter building Woodcraft and tool use Nature-based learning Expeditions, camping, and navigation Map reading and orienteering Delivering personal development programmes such as the Duke of Edinburgh Award You will work closely with students, including those with SEND, ensuring activities are inclusive and adapted to individual needs.
