Supply Primary Teachers – Coventry and Warwickshire
Teach is currently recruiting enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Primary Teachers to work on a supply basis across Coventry and Warwickshire.

What will you be doing?
As a Supply Primary Teacher, your role will vary depending on the school, year group and needs of the pupils. You may:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum
- Plan and adapt learning activities to meet pupils’ individual needs
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning habits
- Assess pupils’ progress and provide feedback to support their development
- Support pupils with additional learning needs and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
- Promote pupils’ confidence, independence and social development
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and other members of the school community
- Follow school policies, curriculum expectations and safeguarding procedures
What we're looking for
We’re looking for Primary Teachers who are:
- Qualified Teachers with UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Caring, patient and committed to pupils’ progress and wellbeing
- Reliable, professional and well organised
- Adaptable and confident working in different school environments
- Skilled in classroom management and promoting positive behaviour
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and school staff
- Confident adapting lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider school team
