This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in ensuring a safe, positive, and well-managed environment for our students during lunchtime.The successful candidate will supervise students across dining and outdoor areas, promote positive behaviour, and support the smooth running of lunchtime activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising students in dining halls, playgrounds, and designated areasEncouraging positive behaviour in line with the school''s behaviour policySupporting students with queries or minor issuesPromoting a safe and inclusive environmentReporting incidents or concerns to senior staffAssisting with the organisation of queues and movement around the siteThe Ideal Candidate Will:Be calm, patient, and approachableHave good communication and interpersonal skillsBe able to manage groups of young people confidentlyWork effectively as part of a teamDemonstrate reliability and punctualityHave a commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfarePrevious experience working with children or young people is desirable.
