You will work as part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, playing a key role in the deal process from beginning to end. The role offers hands-on experience by supporting deal execution and working closely with portfolio companies.Responsibilities

Assist with due diligence, financial modelling, and risk analysis on target companies.Support the deal team in executing investments and structuring transactions.Work alongside senior team members to support portfolio companies and their strategic initiatives.Contribute to deal origination efforts by identifying and assessing potential investment opportunities.Develop relationships with advisors, management teams, and other industry stakeholders.Requirements

Proven experience in a relevant financial discipline, with a background in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance.A strong understanding of financial modelling and commercial due diligence.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A keen interest in the lower mid-market with a desire to gain hands-on deal experience.This is a unique opportunity to take on a high-impact role within a respected and growing private equity fund, driving value and long-term success.
