Whether we''re providing long or short-term, convalescence, respite or palliative care, our focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times.As a Care Assistant under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of our residents. This includes assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.Delivering care that comes from the heart, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality. You may help someone with limited mobility, offer emotional support to distressed residents, or provide end-of-life care, always prioritizing their well-being.Safeguarding is everyone''s responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training. You should be able to seek advice and report concerns appropriately.About HC-One
