Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Job Overview Our client is a busy and growing manufacturing business with an on-site workshop, and we''re looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist/Admin for Holiday cover This is a key front-of-house role where you''ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from arrival to departure Key Responsibilities Welcoming customers in person and handling incoming phone calls professionally Liaising between customers and departments Preparing paperwork as required Handling basic administrative tasks Photocopying, filing, making tea for guests etc Maintaining a clean and professional reception area About you Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with customers Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers Previous experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment is advantageous, and previous experience in a reception role is preferred What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience On-site parking A supportive team environment Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm ..... full job details .....
