We''re seeking a dynamic Head of Children''s Services to provide visionary leadership across a portfolio of Ofsted-registered children''s homes in Hertfordshire and surrounding. These homes offer specialist, 24-hour residential care for children and young people with emotional or behavioural challenges and/or learning difficulties, autism, and complex needs. You''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that every child receives exceptional care, support, and opportunities to thrive.Requirements:A proven track record of senior leadership in children''s residential care, ideally within multi-site services.In-depth knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, safeguarding legislation, and the Children''s Homes Regulations 2015.The confidence and skill to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive change, and inspire a high-performance culture.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage with families, professionals, regulators, and staff.A values-led approach, aligned with the ethos and mission of our organisation.A relevant leadership qualification, such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent.
