The Team You''ll JoinYou’ll be part of our in-house
Creative team
made up of producers, strategists, and UGC managers who love making scroll-stopping content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. We’re a creative, curious group who aren’t afraid to test bold ideas. In this role you’ll own the relationship with Performance Marketing Managers to ensure we’re learning from what’s working, sharing insights, and keeping the feedback loop tight as we iterate and scale what works.
What You''ll Be DoingReporting into the Creative Lead, you’ll take full ownership of Runna''s UGC creator pipeline — sourcing, managing, and scaling creator partnerships to deliver performance-driven ads.
Source, vet, and onboard new UGC creators to produce content aligned with Runna''s growth goals
Create and maintain a detailed matrix of UGC creators, including category, fees, content output, and total spend
Build and maintain strong creator relationships, ensuring a scalable pipeline of high-quality content
Develop clear briefs that set creators up for success across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Review submissions, provide structured feedback, and manage revisions to ensure top-quality output
Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to analyse creative performance and translate insights into an evolving creator strategy
Work with the ambassador team to identify opportunities for ambassadors to create great content for ads, repurpose existing content, and negotiate rates
Manage contracts, rights usage, and budgets across creator partnerships
Drive continuous testing and iteration of UGC formats to scale what works
What You''ll Bring To The Team
2+ years in influencer marketing, UGC management, or creator partnerships (agency or brand side)
Strong understanding of paid social and what drives performance across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Proven ability to source, brief, and manage creators to deliver on performance goals
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Strong eye for creative detail and data-driven decision-making
Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple creator projects simultaneously
Collaborative approach — able to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and ambassador teams
A passion for experimentation, iteration, and scaling growth through UGC

SalaryWe’re offering a salary of £40,000-£60,0000 per year, depending on experience, plus participation in Strava''s long-term incentive (stock) programs.

Interview ProcessOur aim is to keep the interview process straightforward and enjoyable. It will consist of the following stages:
Screening call with Josh, Talent Team (20-minute video call)
Take Home Task (1–2 hours) and interview with Laura, Head of Performance, and Miranda, Director of Growth (50-minute video call)
Final round: London office visit (about 1 hour) to meet with Dom, CEO, and the UK team
