The Role As a Risk and Compliance Executive, you will: Be the go-to advisor for colleagues seeking guidance on compliance matters.Act as a key contact for data protection and AML queries, ensuring compliance with the DPA 2018 and AML 2017 regulations.Support and help deliver tailored training on data protection and anti-money laundering to new starters and existing staff.Maintain and regularly review compliance policies and procedures, ensuring timely updates and effective rollout.Manage and respond to data subject requests (e.g., Subject Access, Right to Erasure/Rectification).Assist in investigating data breaches and preparing detailed reports, including liaison with the ICO when necessary.Monitor new and emerging regulatory requirements, and proactively implement changes to remain ahead of the curve.Contribute to compliance aspects of internal projects (e.g., IT developments) to ensure risks are managed effectively.Support a ..... full job details .....
