Supporting a fast-paced, high-performing team, including stakeholders up to Managing Director level. You will act as a key support to the team, ensuring seamless day to day operations while managing competing priorities. 1 day hybrid availableWHAT YOU''LL DO:Complex diary and inbox management for multiple senior stakeholders, including MD levelCoordinating meetings, client engagements and international travel arrangementsPreparing reports and documentation as requiredActing as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersSupporting team projects and wider administrative requirementsProcessing expenses for the teamWHAT YOU''LL NEED:Previous Team administration experience within a financial or professional servicesExceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detailConfident, professional communicator with a calm and adaptable approachAbility to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environmentAJL151042Tiger is B Corp Certified.
