We are looking for a professional, personable, and highly organised Customer Services Advisor to be the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients contacting the firm. You will also assist with basic admin related tasks.This is a key front-of-house role where you will represent Helix Law''s values through every interaction.The RoleAs our Customer Services Advisor, you will:Answer incoming calls from clients and prospective clients in a professional and empathetic mannerTriage incoming enquiries and route calls to the appropriate team memberCapture accurate and detailed messages when requiredEscalate urgent matters promptly to ensure timely resolutionMaintain clear, organised and up-to-date call recordsProvide a professional and positive first impression of the firm at all timesContact suppliers and clients to verify or update account detailsCarry out general administrative tasks to support the wider teamAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has excellent telephone manner and communication skillsIs calm, professional, and empathetic - particularly when speaking to clients involved in litigationHas strong organisational skills and attention to detailCan confidently manage a high volume of callsIs reliable, punctual, and professional in presentationPrevious experience in a customer service, call handling, or receptionist role is desirableExperience in a legal environment is helpful ..... full job details .....
