HR Business Partner

We are looking for a Level 5 CIPD qualified HR Business Partner for an initial 3 month contract based in West Berkshire. Term: 3 months, extendable Location: Newbury, West Berkshire (40 % onsite) Rate: £22ph inside IR35 via an umbrella company This HR Business Partner will have specific experience within transformation along with the following experience: Sound and expert knowledge of employment law and understanding of relevant legislation including the Equality Act, Health andamp; Safety at Work Act, Mental Health Act, and Data Protection Act (GDPR). Experience of ACAS and employment tribunal claims. Desirable Knowledge of current and emerging employment legislation, best practice and how to successfully apply it to workplace situations.
