Job Description One of my local goverment clients is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Administrator to join the Financial Assessment Operational Support Team within the Resources Directorate. This is a short-term contract ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in supporting finance-related processes within a local authority setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to the Financial Assessment Team. Collect post, scan and index documents accurately using internal systems. Ensure timely and precise handling of financial documentation. Carry out general office support duties as required to assist the wider team. Ideal Candidate: Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced office or public sector environment. Experience using Civica is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documentation. Comfortable working independently and within a team. Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude.
