Are you an experienced Supervisor looking for your next opportunity£ Our client, a well-established business based in Falkirk, is seeking a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to lead their team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within their busy warehousing and transport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support and motivate a team to achieve daily operational targets.
• Manage staff across various shift patterns and rotas.
• Oversee warehousing and transport activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain high standards of Health andamp; Safety and ensure company compliance policies are followed.
• Use Microsoft programs confidently for reporting, scheduling, and communication.
• Identify and resolve operational issues through proactive problem-solving.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and other departments.

About You:

• Proven supervisory or team leader experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Background in warehousing and transport operations.
• Knowledge of Health andamp; Safety and compliance processes.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
