You will identify new opportunities, build trusted relationships with clients and industry professionals, and work closely with internal design, estimating and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions.Success in this role comes from understanding clients'' businesses, identifying opportunities early, and becoming a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Long-Term Client RelationshipsDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.Engage with occupiers, landlords, project managers, architects and consultants early in the project lifecycle.Understand clients'' business objectives, workplace challenges and project requirements.Build trust and encourage repeat business through exceptional relationship management.Generate New Business OpportunitiesIdentify Design and Build, refurbishment and fit-out opportunities across sectors including commercial, industrial, education and healthcare.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline ..... full job details .....
