The RoleThe House Leader will be responsible for leading and supporting young people with diverse abilities many of whom may have experienced trauma or Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) in a supportive living environment. Their supported living accommodation properties offer a range of support, from high needs through to a move on model, all of which are designed with the young people at their heart and to ensure they develop the skills necessary for independent living.This role requires a trauma-informed approach, providing compassionate, hands-on assistance while promoting safety, stability, and empowerment.
