The successful candidate will be a hands-on fabricator with a strong eye for detail, a commitment to high-quality workmanship, and the ability to thrive as part of a close-knit team.Key Responsibilities:Carry out high-quality MIG welding and fabrication of mild steel componentsRead and interpret technical drawings, including CAD and Inventor designsSafely operate a range of workshop machinery and tools, including pillar drills, mag drills, bandsaws, angle grinders, ironworkers, and guillotinesAccurately measure, cut, and assemble materials in line with specificationsPerform quality checks to ensure all work meets required standardsMaintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environmentSupport general workshop upkeep and housekeepingCollaborate effectively with colleagues to meet production deadlinesAssist with assembly tasks, including bolting and paintingLoad and unload steelwork for deliveries to and from the yardRequirements:Proven experience in MIG welding and mild steel fabricationAbility to confidently read and interpret CAD ..... full job details .....
