Supporting approximately 80 users and over 300 applications, you will play a key role in ensuring the lab environment remains reliable, scalable, and fully operational for engineering and testing teams.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with experience in telecoms testing labs, CPE environments, and network infrastructure support.Key Responsibilities Maintain and support broadband device testing environments. Configure, onboard, and manage new devices within the lab infrastructure. Support the environments used by test, development, and engineering teams. Manage networking, IP connectivity, and infrastructure requirements across the lab estate. Support broadband and WiFi testing activities. Assist in maintaining continuous integration and automated testing environments. Monitor, track, and manage issues and activities through Jira. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure lab services meet operational and testing requirements.
