Senior PMO/Programme Manager Location: London, minimum two days per week onsiteRate: Competitive Market Rate IR35: Inside IR35 Exalto Consulting is supporting a major UK organisation with the appointment of a Senior PMO/Programme Manager for a confidential programme within its Digital directorate. This role will lead the PMO activity across a complex strategic programme, bringing structure, coordination and clear governance across several workstreams. The programme includes an organisational restructure within a unionised environment, so discretion, clear communication and careful stakeholder management will be important. The roleYou will work closely with the CIO, Digital leadership team and supporting HR and Finance functions to ensure the programme is properly planned, governed and delivered. Your responsibilities will include: Owning the programme roadmap, resource planning and performance reporting Monitoring delivery, benefits, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies Maintaining the programme governance framework Coordinating senior stakeholders across Digital, HR, Finance and other specialist teams Preparing business cases, governance papers, reports and senior leadership materials Supporting compliance with legal, internal policy and Trade Union requirements Establishing and managing key PMO processes Providing guidance and leadership to PMO colleagues where required Using data and AI tools to improve reporting, efficiency and decision-making What we are ..... full job details .....
