Due to continued growth, they are now looking to for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee works on commercial office projects.As Site Supervisor, you''ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. This role would suit someone with a strong background working on commercial interiors, particularly within carpentry, drylining, partitions, glazing, or ceiling subcontract packages.The RoleLeading pre-start site meetings, including HandS briefingsManaging access equipment: delivery, scaffold tagging, removal etc Managing end-of-project snagging, including use of snagging apps or programmesPreparing and submitting progress reports Allocating day-to-day labour and resourcesMonitoring and maintaining on-site quality standards alongside the SPMOverseeing site setup, including drawings and welfare arrangementsBooking and coordinating site deliveries, ordering materials Enforcing on-site HandS compliance, including PPE standards, safe starts RequirementsExperience supervising on commercial projectsStrong knowledge of health and safety proceduresConfident communicator with good organisational skillsAbility to manage teams, programmes, and quality under pressureOfferCompetitive daily rate ..... full job details .....
