Deliver a first class service, leaving customers homes, clean and safe. Contribute to and comply with all statutory legislation, licences and accreditations including the relevant Safety Management System applicable to Responsive Maintenance. Carry out inspections/tests and remedials in void properties. Contribute to and use the relevant working solution for job allocation, data transfer and collection on a mobile device.
