A specialist construction consultancy in London is seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead its retail project management team. The successful Project Director will oversee a portfolio of retail fit-out, refurbishment and development projects, working with recognised brands and property clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Project Director to take ownership of project delivery, client relationships and team performance. The Project Director will manage and develop a team of project managers while ensuring commissions are delivered to the highest standards. Acting as a senior client contact, the Project Director will provide strategic direction, resolve complex delivery challenges and maintain oversight of cost, programme, risk and quality. This position would suit an established Project Director with extensive retail experience and a strong consultancy background.
