This exciting role offers the opportunity to not only assist but lead in the maintenance and development of the Safety Management System, while helping to foster a culture of excellence and compliance. This is a 12 month FTC. As part of the team, you''ll be responsible for both operational and strategic functions, ensuring that all aspects of quality management, auditing, and change management are meticulously executed across various business units. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to employee training and continuous process improvements that directly impact the success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Quality and Safety System Management: Lead the implementation and improvement of electronic quality and safety management systems, including providing training to ensure full team proficiency. Training and Development: Prepare and deliver quality-based training sessions to meet both current and future business needs. Change Management: Support the implementation of change management processes, including document management systems and related improvements. Audit Function: Manage and oversee internal audits for shore-based business units, ensuring audit plans are followed and action items are closed out efficiently.
