Our client is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team.The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting contractual obligations as set forth in definitive agreements, specifically as they relate to the distribution of transaction consideration and funds. This role requires effective coordination with both internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure successful completion of distributions. The preferred candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
