2nd Line Support Engineer MSP - Central London Up to £40,000 We re working with a growing MSP based in Central London looking for a capable and confident 2nd Line Engineer with strong networking expertise. You ll be the go-to escalation point for 1st Line Engineers, resolving more complex issues across Microsoft 365 and network environments, with a particular focus on robust networking skills. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary escalation point for 1st Line Engineers, resolving technical issues efficiently and thoroughly Troubleshoot and support a wide range of environments, with a strong focus on networking infrastructure Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments Manage and maintain network devices ideally including Meraki, UniFi, or DrayTek Assist with the onboarding of new clients and contribute to infrastructure projects Liaise directly with clients, providing updates and delivering high-quality customer service Use ConnectWise (or similar PSA/RMM tools) to manage tickets and monitor systems Mentor junior engineers and contribute to ongoing service improvements Key Requirements: Previous 2nd Line experience within an MSP environment, ..... full job details .....
