ARB is a well-etablished 48 year old mechanical building services contractor that is looking to permanently employ a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager who is competent on projects ranging from £10k - £2 million.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Building Services Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical services projects from inception through to completion. This role will oversee project planning, coordination, financial control, and client liaison across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and industrial developments.The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent leadership and commercial awareness to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to handoverOversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocationManage project budgets, cost control, and financial reportingCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teamsLead site meetings and maintain strong client relationshipsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesMonitor progress against programme and manage risks effectivelyReview technical drawings, specifications, and ensure quality standards are metSupport commissioning, testing, and final project handoverRequirementsONC/HNC qualified in ..... full job details .....
