This site-based role will oversee day-to-day operations, support proposal development, and ensure effective production, maintenance, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have held a similar managerial or production engineering position within the energy, boiler, or heavy engineering sectors. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management Oversee daily site operations related to boiler production, repair, and related engineering activities. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work. Implement and maintain operational processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Engineering and Technical Duties Provide hands-on engineering support across production, troubleshooting, and maintenance of boiler systems. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications. Review technical documentation, drawings, and work packages; ensure engineering accuracy and feasibility. Proposals and Project Support Assist in developing technical and commercial proposals for new and existing clients.
