You will work flexibly across both classes, supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups, and at whole-class level depending on need and the timetable. This role will be an ASAP start on a full-time basis until July 2026, with the view of continuing into the next academic year.The school are looking for someone with strong, direct SEMH experience in specialist settings (e.g., PRUs/alternative provision/specialist SEMH settings), who is confident with regulation support, de-escalation, and proactive SEMH strategies, and who is looking for long-term work. Team Teach/positive handling training (or equivalent) would be ideal.
