Key Responsibilities

  Curriculum Delivery:
  
  Plan and deliver engaging lessons for GCSE and BTEC Design andamp; Technology courses, with a special focus on Resistant Materials and Graphics. Ensure that learning is accessible, challenging, and creative for all students.

  Lesson Planning andamp; Assessment:
  
  Develop tailored lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods, materials, and technologies to ensure students are motivated and engaged. Regularly assess student progress and provide feedback to encourage improvement.

  Promote Design andamp; Technology:
  
  Advocate for the importance of Design andamp; Technology within the school community by encouraging students to see the real-world applications of their learning. Help students develop their creative, technical, and practical skills through project-based learning.
