HGV Class 1 and 2 Driver Location: Welwyn Garden City / Wembley Pay Rate: 19.00 - 28.50 per hour Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday 0730-16:15 based in Welwyn Garden City Saturday 08:00-16:45 based in Wembley Our client based in Welwyn Garden City and Wembley is a supplier of Mediterranean food products using temperature-controlled vehicles to stores in and around London. HGV Class 1 and 2 Driver Responsibilities: Mixture of trunking, shunting and store deliveries Load a temperature controlled vehicle When doing store deliveries you will work with a drivers mate to carry out 10-12 drops a day to stores in and around London. When trunking it will be between Welwyn Garden City and Wembley Deliver directly to customers premises Carry out vehicle inspections at the start of each shift and report any faults to the line manager Debrief at the end of each day HGV Class 1 and 2 driver, essential requirements: Full UK Licence category C+E held for at least 1 year Valid CPC and digi tacho card Over 25 due to insurance At least 6 months experience driving a Class 1 Truck in the last 12 months Position starts as soon as possible. ..... full job details .....
