This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property professional looking to lead on high-value, complex transactions within a supportive and progressive environment.The Role: Lead on complex commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, development projects, funding deals, and commercial leasing.Provide clear, strategic advice to clients across all aspects of commercial property and conveyancing.Mentor and supervise junior team members, supporting their development.Contribute to departmental business meetings and marketing initiatives.Promote and expand the firm''s commercial property business, developing relationships with both existing and new clients.Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across the firm. About You: PQE: Flexible - the firm is open to hearing from candidates across different levels of experience.Strong technical knowledge in commercial property law, with a proven track record in complex transactions.Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.Ambitious, client-focused, and commercially minded.
