You will support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), helping them to access learning and develop greater independence.Key Responsibilities:Support students with SEND in classrooms, workshops, and one-to-one sessionsAssist with academic tasks, including reading, scribing, and using ITPromote student independence while ensuring a safe learning environmentProvide personal care, including toileting, hygiene, and medication (training provided)Adapt learning materials to meet individual needsEscort students during off-site activities and assist with transport if requiredMonitor progress and maintain accurate recordsSupport with exams, breaks, and behaviour when neededWhat We''re Looking For:Good English, Maths and IT skills (GCSE Grade C/4 or above)Experience supporting students with additional needs (in education or care)Comfortable providing personal care and willing to undertake trainingExcellent communication and teamwork skillsReliable, flexible, and committed to inclusive educationBenefits:Weekly pay (PAYE)On-the-job training and supportMeaningful, ..... full job details .....
