Our client, a group with about 20 hotels across Europe, is looking for a General Manager for their London hotel. This is a four-star boutique hotel with 26 rooms, 1 meeting room, 1 restaurant (which serves around 200 covers each day) and a garden that is used both for the restaurant and for events. Candidates should be all rounders but with specific background in FandB. Although the hotel is part of a group, the GM will need to be able to cover all operational, commercial, and financial aspects of running the hotel.
