The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the day to day supervision of operatives on the branch response contract. Conducting pre inspections of tenanted properties, identifying building faults and assigning the correct resources. Have an excellent understanding of new damp and mould legislation (Awaabs Law) with the required knowledge to carry out effective accurate damp and mould surveys.A trade background, social housing experience and a full UK DL are required.
