We''re seeking a highly organised Service Desk Coordinator to join our Client''s busy team. In this role, you''ll be the backbone of client support - managing service tickets, scheduling engineers, and ensuring every client receives exceptional aftercare.
What you''ll do
- Manage and allocate service tickets via phone and email
- Schedule and coordinate engineers across multiple client sites
- Maintain clear client communication throughout the support process
- Oversee CRM updates and ensure accurate project documentation
- Support contract renewals, quoting, and ordering of parts
What we''re looking for
- Strong admin & coordination skills in a fast-paced service environment
- Excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Confident multitasker with great attention to detail
- IT-literate (Microsoft Office & ticketing systems)
- Experience in customer service, IT, engineering, or AV sectors is ideal
