We’re seeking a Customer Care Technician to join a leading residential developer in Plymouth. This permanent role offers excellent stability, variety, and a strong package.

The Role:

- Carrying out new home handovers and demonstrations
- Supporting customers through the move-in process
- Fixing minor defects and completing snagging works
- Liaising with customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Feeding back to site teams to help maintain high standards

What We’re Looking For:
£ Experience in trades/maintenance, with excellent finishing skills
£ Strong communication and customer-facing ability
£ A proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving skills
£ Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
