This is a great role to join a rapidly growing building service provider well renowned for their staff retention. As a Building Services Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across MandE systems, troubleshoot, fault find, liaise with contractors, update site logbooks and respond to client needs. Building Services Engineer Duties: PPM and Reactive Maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding, Single and Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation ,AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc)., Cooling Towers, Pumps and Motors Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations Communicate with the client Building Services Engineer Requirements: City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering Apprentice trained (Desirable) Building service maintenance experience At least 3 years experience within commercial property maintenance Salary and Package: £45,000 per annum 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays Annual pay review Potential bonuses Internal progression Additional training If you''re interested in this Building Services Engineer role, apply today Posted by Harry ..... full job details .....
