Head Chef David Knapman
(ex-Fat Duck and Maison Lameloise) to craft menus that are hyper-seasonal, constantly evolving, and deeply connected to our
15-acre farm
and the surrounding countryside.Our kitchen is rooted in slow food and serious craft.We make everything from scratch: sourdough, cultured dairy, fresh cheese, charcuterie (with a special love for salami), and whole-carcass butchery. If you love thoughtful food and want to dig into every part of the process
this is the kitchen for you.Responsibilities
- Being responsible the kitchen during prep time, service and cleanliness in absence of the head chef. - Ensure food safety guidelines are strictly followed throughout the cooking process - Collaborate with the kitchen team in menu development - Help maintain a clean and organised kitchen environmentSkills
- Ability to take direction and feedback from the Head Chef - Minimum 4 Years industry experience - Understanding of food safety practices and regulations - Ability to work quickly and efficiently in an open guest facing kitchen - Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleaguesJob Type: Full-time
