Supply Personnel are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within a school in Hinckley, supporting pupils across KS2.

This is a long-term opportunity and would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a consistent role within a school. We are also happy to hear from candidates with relevant experience working with children who are looking to develop their career in education.

The Role:

• Support pupils with their learning and development
• Provide classroom support to the class teacher
• Work with pupils individually and in small groups where required
• Help maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
• Support with classroom activities and day-to-day tasks
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children is preferred
• Experience within a school or educational setting is beneficial
• A reliable, patient and positive approach
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A genuine interest in supporting children's learning
