This is a key role supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant housing maintenance services. The RoleAs a Repairs Officer, you will play an integral part in the day to day operational management of repairs and maintenance services, working closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing day to day repairs and maintenance operationsManaging contractors to ensure works are delivered efficiently and to a high standardEnsuring compliance with all statutory and legal obligations as a social housing landlordDriving a cost-effective and customer focused maintenance serviceSupporting continuous service improvements across the housing portfolioTravelling to sites as requiredRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:Technical qualification/accreditation enabling supervision of gas works (in line with The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998)Strong experience in repairs and maintenance within a housing or property environmentExperience managing contractors and service deliveryFull UK driving licence (essential - site travel required)Additional InformationThis is a fully site ..... full job details .....
